A ticket to the Symposium Dinner is included with a full registration as per the details below. Please indicate your attendance at the time of registration. Additional guest tickets can also be purchased through the registration form.

Retired or Hardship, Student & Day Registration Entitlements

A ticket to the Symposium Dinner is not included with a Full Member Retired or Hardship, Student and Day registration. Please indicate your attendance at the time of registration. A Dinner ticket can be purchased for $150 through the registration form

Cost – Inclusive for ticket holders. Additional Tickets can be purchased for $88 incl GST.

Symposium Dinner

Enjoy an evening of fabulous food and fun for a night of entertainment that’s not to be missed.

Date – Tuesday, 16 September 2025

Cost – Inclusive for Full registration ticket holders. Those who do not have a full registration but would like to attend can purchase a ticket for $150 incl GST. Additional tickets can also be purchased for $150 incl GST.

Terms and Conditions

Registration Cancellation Policy

Deadline: Thursday 17 July 2025

Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for in-person registrations made by 17 July 2025 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 17 July 2025 without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. The Organising Committee reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances.
